What a fantastic wedding yesterday with the wonderful Laura & Adam at Pentney Abbey.

Weather wise it was a real mixed bag, including a strange liquid falling from the sky called "rain". It tried to hamper my plans, but the gatehouse at Pentney Abbey is a brilliant indoor location, and the couple shone all day anyway. So who needs the sun!

A great day with brilliant people. What more can you ask for. Congrats to Laura & Adam. Thanks for being fab!

It's hard to believe that it's been nearly 40 years since I first started kicking a ball around with Roger. And we've been mates ever since. It's even harder to believe that after 19 years he's at last married the wonderful Virginia.

Throughout my career as a photographer I've often noticed Virginia has "liked" my photos. So I can't tell you what a privilege it was today to finally be photographing her special day and for the sneak peeks to be all about her and Roger!

Today they tied the knot in front of their three witnesses, Sharon, Chris and Chuck and after the wedding at March Registry office we went to one of my favourite places for a few snaps.

A beautiful day with a beautiful couple.....
