Running your own business isn’t always easy!

I love what I do but everything running from one set of shoulders weighs heavy sometimes.

This has forced me to look back over some really amazing years and see how this has grown from me picking up my camera and photographing the horses when I was riding, to running a business doing so ❤️

From editing, to social media, and website updates, accounting, customer service, events organiser, brand manager, ops manager, post woman there are a million roles within a business and it’s pretty incredible it’s just me here using my creativity and passion to bring it altogether 🥺🙌🏼

Giving myself a little pat on the back tonight ✨

Files get lost, prints live forever 🖼️

Lovely personal drop off to Coco’s parents, their gorgeous 3 print leatherette folio.

With limited wall space in the house they opted for something they could display in other areas and move around.

And sage green was a firm favourite for the colour 🙌🏼

The folio is new to my product selection and is now part of my product and frame guide for all clients, drop me a message if you’d like a copy 📸

Such kind words from Clare 🥺

“I contacted Kirsty at short notice to see if she could come and take some photos of my old dog Flow, Kirsty was amazing and managed to fit me in. Kirsty is very professional and amazing at capturing those special moments. I can’t thank her enough for the lovely photos I have of Flow. I highly recommend Kirsty.”

This is why I love what I do, creating those lasting memories for people who love their animals, whether they are at the beginning of life as a bouncy puppy or later in life, slowing down and taking it easy. As owners you love your animals unconditionally and I’m privileged to be a part of that 🥰📸

One to watch this February ✨

I recently got to work with vetinary clinician Emily Floyd who will support Steph Quintrell’s bid to become first para-equestrian to cross the Andes on horseback.

We had a beautiful morning taking a few promo pictures ahead of the challenge 📸

A little bit of info for anyone interested in supporting the challenge 👇🏼

Equine Para-Adventures (EPA) aims to provide opportunities for disabled adults to be involved in equine activities outside of classic equestrian centres/riding school set ups. These will take the form of challenges, adventures and expeditions, equine therapy type activities in ‘real life’ settings, and ‘taster’ sessions for disabled adults interested in working in the equestrian industry.

Ride to Independence
In February 2026 a team of 6 ladies will take on EPA’s flagship challenge when they will travel to Argentina to begin their epic journey. The team will spend 7 days riding across the Andes, following the route taken by General José de San Martin and his army in 1817 to liberate Chile from the Spanish monarchy. The team will finish in Chile, having ridden mountains up to 4,400m in height and slept in tents for the duration of the expedition. All kit needed for the expedition, including Steph’s wheelchair, will be carried on mules whilst the team make this arduous journey.
