**Frustrated with Evri and Debenhams!** Ordered a parcel, waited patiently, only for to lose it and to be completely unhelpful in resolving the issue or sorting out a refund. Customer service has been a nightmare—zero accountability, no solutions, just endless back-and-forth. Has anyone else had similar problems? Let’s make some noise!

📢 Evri - Where’s My Delivery? Tracking noT01TFA0128308412 📢
On April 12th, promised to deliver my package. Since then, I’ve reached out twice via their chatbot and called three times—the last time, they assured me they’d call back. Nothing. No update, no delivery.

I've even contacted Debenhams more than three times trying to resolve this. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Evri, your customers deserve better. Where is my package? 📦
