FAQ's - How to choose a company for professional business website videos?

It comes down to two basic things:

Ideal budget, production personality. In short if a company doesn’t give a price range you may need to get a tailored quote which can make the process a bit longer.

Personality; then comes down to what type of people you want to work with. We, for example, are energetic and outgoing meaning we stay creative and aim to make you feel comfortable on camera.

FAQ's - How long should it take to receive the final Videos?

Many companies should outline what's called a 'turnaround time' either on quotation or before the filming day.

It can all vary dependant on the brief or desired outcomes, but, we aim to send our first drafts within 2 weeks of the main shoot. This sometimes it not achieveable if there is 10 plus deliverables. However we do always give a rough turnaround time on every tailored quotation.

FAQ's - Can we choose our own music for our videos?

Ofcourse!

A lot of people 'trust' their video team to capture the right mood and genre of music especially when a branding document has been handed over.

However sometimes you just KNOW what you want, and we can give you access to our stock music site or even get a composer to make music for only your brand!

Depending on how large the campaign or video reach is will come down to if you have the extra budget for copyright free music or your own tailored copyrighted music.

Video FAQ's - How do you deliver the videos to us?

I have 2 ways I hand over content:

1 – via online drive where you can download the content
2 – via a harddrive either quoted in or you supply us and we then send back to you once the work it is done.
It all comes down to what type of project we are doing but most common way is the online drive link.

Video FAQ's - Do you provide raw footage of the filming?

Yes we can do!
We have different ways of doing this.
1 - if you are just hiring a team member to come out and capture and hand over footage for your in-house team that’s one set price.

2 - If you ask for the raw footage after a full video production quotation there is extra cost this starts at 30% of the quotation price.

Some quotations will include footage handover if it is requested at the proposal stage so if you know you need to footage ask up front it may save you a couple squids!

Video FAQ's - What formats do you provide the videos in?

Most quotations will explicitly state what format the content will be delivered in. We like to make sure everything is explicitly clear on what you receive.

Many of our bundle packages normally include video deliverables in 3 regular formats: Landscape, Square and portrait.

Depending on your content requirement will then depend on what you receive.

Always check when getting quotes done that it is being delivered in the format you need it for! Especially if you want to post on multiple platforms.

OUTTAKES TIME 😂
You may think my silly music clips are smooth but in reality it's not that easy to record, especially with yourself!

Trying to keep things silly and up beat is annoying as well as remebering all those words (well sometimes I read them)

But the reason I do these videos is to show my clients that messing up on video is totally natural!

Being filmed for your business is not easy, especially if you aren't much of a 'performer'. Some people it comes natural to, but others its the worst thing in the world.
