📸 When you get to be out and about with the legendary international goalkeeper Asmir Begovic. Such a privilege to cover him with the coaches and the players at CGA Football Coaching. To hear his story, still hearing his passion coaching the next generation of goalkeepers Asmir Begović GK Academy truly inspirational.

Thank you everyone involved.

A big well done to everyone who came along to my recent Beginner Photography Workshops.

It’s not always easy admitting you don’t quite understand your camera. You might have had it sitting in a cupboard for months, taken hundreds of photos on Auto, or wondered why the picture you took never quite looks like the one you had in your head.

Maybe you’re asking:

Why are my photos blurry?
Why are some too dark and others completely washed out?
What do all those settings actually mean?
When should I change the shutter speed?
How do I get my subject sharp?
And how do I stop feeling like I’m guessing every time I press the shutter?
These are exactly the things we work through on my beginner photography workshops.
No complicated jargon. No judgement. No expectation that you should already know everything. We slow it down, make sense of the settings and, most importantly, get out there and actually take photographs. Because learning photography isn’t about knowing every button on your camera. It’s about understanding enough to feel confident making your own choices.

To everyone who joined me — thank you. I hope you left with a little more confidence, a few new skills and, most importantly, the urge to get your camera out and use it.

And if you’ve been thinking, “I really need to learn how to use my camera properly”...
Come and join me for the next one. Small groups. Practical learning. Lots of time to ask questions and actually use your camera.

Learn. Upskill. Capture Your Moments.

Have you started to believe you're just not good at photography?

It breaks my heart how many people buy a camera full of excitement, only for it to spend months sitting on a shelf because they feel overwhelmed.

You watch another video. You read another article. You try copying someone else's settings.

Then you go out, take a few photographs, look at the back of your camera and think, "Why don't mine ever look like that?"

The truth is, photography isn't about having an expensive camera or remembering endless settings. It's about understanding what your camera is trying to tell you.

That's something that's much easier to learn when someone is standing beside you, guiding you, answering your questions and helping you build confidence one photograph at a time.

If you've promised yourself, "One day I'll learn how to use my camera," let that day be now.

Join me for my Beginner Photography Group Workshop in Canterbury on Saturday 31st October at 10am.

Together we'll take the mystery out of your camera and help you understand:

- When and why to change your camera settings.
- How to move away from Auto mode with confidence.
- How to create photographs you're genuinely proud to share.

This isn't a classroom full of technical jargon.

It's a friendly, supportive group where no question is a silly one, everyone learns at their own pace and you'll leave knowing more than when you arrived.

Six months from now, you could still be watching videos and hoping it all makes sense...
..or you could finally be enjoying the camera you invested in.

I'd love to know... what's the one thing that confuses you most about your camera? Tell me in the comments and I'll reply with some advice.

Today was all about getting out with the camera, getting creative and seeing Broadstairs from a different perspective.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for my Beach Days Photography Workshop in Broadstairs today. It was brilliant to spend time together, share ideas, experiment with different techniques and, most importantly, capture some great moments along the coast.

My workshops aren’t about standing around listening to photography theory for hours. They’re about learning, getting hands-on, trying new techniques and building your confidence with your camera.

Whether you’re still figuring out your camera settings, want to move beyond Auto, or simply want to take better photographs, there’s a workshop for you.

Learn. Upskill. Capture Your Moments.

Come along, meet other photographers, explore some great locations and leave with new skills you can actually use.

Thank you again to today’s group — you made it a brilliant Beach Day.

Ready to take your photography further? Join me at the next P3T Photography workshop.

When was the last time you came home from a day out and thought, "That wasn't the photo I was hoping for"?

Wildlife photography can be one of the most rewarding genres, but it can also be one of the most frustrating. Animals don't pose, the light constantly changes, and fences, glass and busy backgrounds can make capturing that perfect shot feel impossible.

That's why I'm inviting you to join my Take a Walk on the Wild Side Photography Workshop at Howletts Wild Animal Park on Saturday 13th September, starting at 11am.

Together we'll explore how to photograph wildlife with confidence, covering techniques to improve composition, camera settings, timing and storytelling while making the most of every photographic opportunity throughout the park.

Why join?

- Learn practical wildlife photography techniques you can use anywhere.
- Receive personal guidance and feedback throughout the workshop.• Discover how to create photographs that capture character, behaviour and emotion rather than just recording what you saw.

This is more than a walk around a zoo. It's an opportunity to develop your photography, meet like-minded people and spend time doing something you enjoy.

Please note that admission to Howletts Wild Animal Park is not included in the workshop price and must be purchased separately.

If you've always wanted to improve your wildlife photography, this is your chance.

I'd love to know... which animal would be at the top of your photography wish list? Let me know in the comments.

Have you reached the point where you're fed up with watching photography video after photography video, only to pick up your camera and still wonder what all the settings actually do?

You're not alone.

There comes a time when having someone beside you, explaining things in plain English and helping you as you practise, makes all the difference.

Join me in Herne Bay on Saturday 5th September at 10am for a relaxed, beginner-friendly photography workshop where we'll take the confusion out of your camera and replace it with confidence.

Why learn face to face?

- Get instant answers to the questions YouTube can't answer because every photographer is different.• Learn by doing, with real-time guidance and support as you take your photographs.• Leave with the confidence to use your camera on your own, knowing exactly what each setting is doing and why.

- My aim isn't just to teach you how your camera works. It's to help you achieve the photography goals you've been putting off, whether that's moving away from Auto mode, capturing family memories, travelling with confidence or simply enjoying photography again.

- Small groups mean everyone gets plenty of individual support, and no question is ever a silly one.

If you're ready to stop watching and start creating, I'd love to welcome you along.
