What a way to start the season!🔥

The U16s faced Valley Ravens U16s in a hard-fought and physical encounter, with both teams brining huge energy and determination from the first whistle.

it was a high tempo battle between two very good sides, with little separating them throughout, edging out the Ravens to secure a narrow victory and get their new campaign off to a winning start.💪🏉

A fantastic effort from both teams and a great advert for U16s rugby. 👏

🏉 SAINTS START THE SEASON WITH A WIN! 🔴🔵

The Senghenydd Saints Rugby got their new campaign off to a wining start with a hard fought victory over Fleur De Lys RFC.

It was a physical and competitive encounter against a strong Fleur De Lys outfit, with both sides putting in a huge shift💪🏉

It was the Saints who came out on-top, showing plenty of character, determination and grit to secure the victory and get their season under way with the best possible way.

🐬What an experience!

A few of my favourite shots from a fantastic boat trip in Cornwall with my son.

We were lucky enough to come across these beautiful Dolphins, and I thought id give myself the challenge of trying to photograph them.

I quickly realised just how difficult it is the capture something that disappears beneath the water and pops up somewhere completely different a few seconds later! There's is defiantly a lot of "where's it going to appear next" followed by frantically trying to line up the next shot.

That's what makes wildlife photography so much fun - you never quite know what your going to get. I am really pleased with a few of these and, more importantly, it was a brilliant experience too share with my son. ❤

A physical Pre-Season Battle 💪🏉

The Senghenydd Sirens headed away on Sunday for a tough pre-season friendly against Ashley Downs Old Boys Women RFC.

It was a seriously physical game from start to finish, with both sides putting everything into the contest. The Sirens dug deep when it mattered and came away with a narrow victory to continue their pre-season preparations.🔥

A great test for the team and plenty of positives to take forward as the season gets closer.

A big thank you to Ashley Down Old Boys Women RFC for the game and the hospitality. 👏

And most importantly, wishing all the players who picked up injuries a speedy recovery. Hopefully we will see you back on the pitch very soon. ❤💙

It was great to see the Senghenydd Saints back out on the field on Sunday, making the trip to Llantwit Major for a pre-season friendly.

After a long hot summer, there was something really special about seeing the Saints back where they belong - on the pitch, playing rugby and enjoying being back together.🏉🔴🔵

A great afternoon of rugby, plenty of effort, hard work and a togetherness! a brilliant reminder of what the game is all about!

It was a pleasure to be there with the camera to capture the action 📸
