In this workshop, we will discuss and practice the use of Mini TPLO, using VOI BioCurve 1.5 and 2.0 mm TPLO plates, on the second day in combination with MPL.

The workshop will consist of the following:
• TPLO in small breed dogs
• TPLO and MPL in small breed dogs
• Preplanning (vPOP) and planning exercises
• Mini TPLO / Mini TPLO and MPL dry lab exercises
• Mini TPLO / Mini TPLO and MPL wet lab exercises
• Review and discussion of radiographs of all exercises

This Dry Lab offers practical training in the use of KYON’s ALPS-II plating system anchored by the KYON Locking Screw (KLS) technology for veterinary orthopaedic procedures, with a focus on carpal arthrodesis.

Participants will:
✅ Understand the core principles of ALPS® technology, designed to preserve vascular supply and support bone healing.
✅Gain experience in the application of KLS Locking screws, with options for variable-angle, compression and fixed-angle stabilization.
✅Build confidence in applying the ALPS-II and KLS systems in carpal arthrodesis procedures, improving surgical precision and clinical outcomes.
