Just back from the fabulous dress rehearsal of Jungle Book by Chameleon's Web Theatre Company . Their Summer tour starts this weekend at some beautiful venues. A cracking production for all the family with fantastic costumes too.

Today marks the day 4 years ago that we said goodbye to my Mum.

I'm so glad that I arranged for a photographer to cover the day for me, it might sound odd but I do really treasure the photographs as days like these pass by in a blur. Of course this photograph isn't by me, as I'm in it! The lovely Ron Bell, who sadly is no longer with us, captured the moments for me so beautifully.

I've also photographed some funerals and I never think it strange when I'm asked to do so. Actually it's an honour.

So don't think it strange if you decide you want some memories of a funeral, I don't think it's strange at all. In fact I believe it's just as important to capture as a wedding.

Little bit late in posting this!!

The Invincibles opened this week at the Headgate Theatre and if you've got a ticket or been to see it already then you're one of the lucky few!

A brilliant production, a great true story and I learned things that I never knew about Womens' football. Superbly acted, convincing and a joy to watch.

One shot wonder!! Had to be quick to get this one...and yes baby girl is supported by her Dad!

We worked out that this was the 9th visit to the studio for this family. I love seeing them every time, seeing them grow up and following their journey.

Popped down to the Headgate Theatre last night to capture this fun production in the midst of their rehearsals.

No No Nanette opens on 13th May and it's performed by the brilliant Platform Musicals . I think one of the nights has almost sold out already and knowing how brilliant these shows are I would get your tickets early!

From the rehearsal last night it looks to be a really fun show full with an incredibly talented cast.
