Carrick-a-Rede

This is a disused fishing house on Carrick-a-Rede island, a beautiful scenic part of the North Coast of County Antrim in N.Ireland. This was a working house until relatively recently. It was a beautiful sunny summer day and colours were loud and proud. To get to it you must cross the famous rope bridge. This whole area is full of character and history, a photographer's dream. I wanted to get as much of the scene in frame for a good photo but also to refect that this was a tough tough life and should be recorded and remembered.

Greencastle

Taken at Greencastle, my partner plays the guitar and it was the love of my usicnthat brought us together so being a romantic sod I done this photo to accompany a poem for her.
No guitars were harmed in the making of this photo 😂

The guitar I use for photoshoots is just a cheap guitar I got from marketplace. Keep meaning to buy a smaller one so it's easier to carry. Thanks for choosing my photo for this, much appreciated
