Just Rowing…

Been a pretty epic week for me this last week…
1. Total running 109.06km in 7 runs
2. Total walking 36.5km
3. Total cycling 15km
4. First park run and first place in my age group and 3rd fastest 5k ever for me
5. 3 Half marathon length runs in 6 days
6. I’m taking a rest couple of days I think from running… run next on Wednesday (I’ll walk the dogs and ride the bike on Tuesday)
Got to be sensible after all 🤣😜

Pylon shot at Sandy RSPB Headquarters…
coloured sky and one of my favourite places for a pic…

So, at the RSPB there’s a pylon which I like to stand under to take a picture every so often…
One day, whilst out running I stopped there and took this picture.
Sky aflame whilst I looked out across Biggleswade Common and off towards the South and West, following the curve of the power line as it curves away Westward…
