A simple photo but one I have been so desperate to post for nearly 3 months!

I walked for an hour today in the fields 💕🙌 I have hugely missed the buzz of being on the local trails and taking a phojografi photo or two.

Two weeks to go and I'm hopefully going to make a very gentle return to some strength, yoga and jogging (starting ...) after 13 weeks of no cardio and trying to keep HR
