🎥 **One Stock Video. 66 Sales. £373 Earned — and it’s still selling.**

This clip wasn’t filmed in an exotic location or on an expensive production.

It was shot in a **restaurant car park**.

Wildflowers had been planted around the borders, but cars, gravel and other distractions made the location far from perfect. By getting the camera down low and carefully choosing our angles, we were able to exclude the unwanted surroundings and create clean, usable nature footage.

That one clip has now sold **66 times on Getty/iStock**, earning around **£373 so far — and it continues to sell.**

Other clips from the same shoot have sold too, showing how the value of a successful stock shoot can accumulate over time.

Some of our footage dates back to **2018 and is still generating sales today**.

That’s one of the biggest lessons we’ve learned from stock photography and video: **don’t give up on your portfolio too quickly.** It can take years to mature.

And sometimes the most commercially useful footage isn't found in spectacular locations.

Sometimes it’s sitting in a car park waiting for you to find the right angle.
