A Little Bit About the Mad Woman Behind the Camera 📸❤️

So, I thought it was about time you got to know a little bit more about the woman behind the camera!

I’ve been a photographer for 20 years now, and honestly… where has that time gone?! 😱📸

Over those years I’ve photographed so many amazing people — families, babies, children, pets, weddings and everything in between. Some of you have been coming back to me for years, and one of the loveliest parts of my job is watching your children grow up in front of my camera. ❤️

And if you’ve ever wondered what on earth I’m doing behind the camera when I’m pulling ridiculous faces, making strange noises, singing, dancing or generally behaving like a complete mad woman… 😂

That’s me trying to get “THE SMILE”! 🤣📸

I absolutely LOVE my job. I love my beautiful studio, I love meeting new families, I love seeing my regular customers come back, and I love creating photographs that you’ll treasure for years.

But behind the photographer is a very busy life too…

👩‍👧‍👧 I’m a very proud mum to 3 amazing girls
👶 A very proud Nanna to 4 grandchildren ❤️
❤️ And I’m lucky enough to have my amazing husband by my side — we’ve been married for 25 years! 🥰

⚽ I’m a massive Newcastle United fan ⚫⚪
🌸 And when I’m not photographing people, you’ll probably find me happily lost in my garden, surrounded by flowers and plants! 🌿🌺

So there you have it… 20 years behind the camera, thousands of photographs, countless silly faces, 25 years of marriage, three daughters, four grandchildren and one slightly bonkers photographer! 😂❤️
