Captured taxiing at Valence-Chabeuil Airfield during Aerotorshow 2024, this OV-10 Bronco preserved in airworthy condition by the Musée Européen de l'Aviation de Chasse - Officiel in Montélimar sports its distinctive desert camouflage scheme. Bearing nose number 26, this twin-turboprop warbird keeps historical military aviation heritage flying.

Originally developed in the mid-1960s as a dedicated Counter-Insurgency (COIN) and Forward Air Control (FAC) platform, the Bronco excels at operating from short, unimproved airstrips. Its twin-boom tail configuration and expansive bubble canopy provide the crew with exceptional downward visibility, critical for low-level tactical observation and strike coordination.

Captured on the taxiway during Athens Flying Week 2024, this McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II of the Hellenic Air Force taxiing with both canopies opened. While not the specific airframe involved in today's crash at Tanagra Air Base, it represents the same legendary type operated by the 117th Combat Wing out of Andravida.

Upgraded under the Peace Icarus 2000 Avionics Upgrade Program (AUP), the HAF's F-4E fleet was retrofitted with AN/APG-65GY radar, a digital databus, and modern flight deck displays.
