Seeing everyone’s posts at IADF this year (including Jym’s stellar pics ofc) has me missing it a lot. I also realized that I never posted any pics from last year so here are some of my favorites! 🤸
Not going this year was the right choice for me and for my mind and body, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be sad that I’m not there flying with my friends 🫶
Hopefully my body will be in a much better condition to go next year! 🤞

Finding each other in the funhouse 🫶
I snapped this photo of my beautiful partner taking my hand amidst a rush of movement through the mirrored hallways of the funhouse at the Rose Festival last weekend.
Such a simple moment, and compositionally stellar in my opinion. I love that you can see all the details that make up him and his presence—his smile, his beard, his tattoos. It makes me beam with pride and joy to know that not only do I get to love him but we get to share this art together.
Not to mention he is also an INCREDIBLE photographer, a skill that we didn’t even know he had until recently. I might share some of his works here later on 👀

Would anyone be interested if I started offering couples’ photoshoots? 💏
I love photographing people in their most natural and happy selves, and what better way than to have that special someone by their side?
Just something super laid-back and informal for couples (or polycules, I don’t judge 🫶) in the PDX area who want nice pictures of themselves together without paying out the nose for a fancy photog whose main line of work are weddings and engagements (not that there’s anything wrong with that!)

🌸 obligatory cherry blossom post 🌸 🤭
Yesterday was my first time going to see the cherry blossoms by the waterfront. It was unbelievably beautiful, and it filled me with joy and inspiration to see people from all over the town coming together to admire these pretty pink flowers 🥰🌸

Here’s to the New Year, and to all the little things that make us who we are.
I initially wanted to post my favorite pictures of 2025 here, but I realized I never had the chance to post these—people posing in front the Eiffel Tower from the Place du Trocadéro in Paris. I played with the presets on Lightroom, too, which is why these are much more stylized than my usual work.
I absolutely love people watching in places where folks from all over the globe come to gather for their own reasons, and I enjoyed discreetly capturing them doing the same things in unique and personal ways. May life be this simple, always 💙
