Perspective changes everything.

Sun yesterday. Rain today.

Two stages of the Ethias Tour de Wallonie and already two completely different races.

A fast and nervous opening day under summer skies.

Then a day where the weather became part of the race itself: soaked roads, spray everywhere, jerseys glued to the skin and riders pushing through the storm.

From the crowds on the climbs to the fight for every position, these are some of my favourite moments from the opening days in Wallonia.

Impossible de s’arrêter à un seul post.

Encore quelques images du Trail des Pyramides Noires… des lumières dans la nuit, des silhouettes au sommet des terrils, de la fatigue, de l’effort… et cette atmosphère si particulière que seul ce trail peut offrir.

Une nouvelle preuve que le Bassin Minier est un terrain de jeu à part.

Trail des Pyramides Noires.

Des terrils, des images de nuit, des lumières dans l’obscurité… et des centaines de guerriers au bout de l’effort.

Après une nuit et une journée à suivre les traileurs — 25 000 pas, une dizaine de terrils grimpés — voici un premier aperçu des images de ce week-end intense.

Fatigué… mais ça valait largement le coup.
