This october it's time to return to the awesome trails of Phaplu. At the foot of Mount Everest we gonna spend a week of riding, climbing, hike a bike and just having fun.. The Kag C***e monastery in Kagbeni dates back to 1429. It's a Tibetan Buddhist temple/monestery/school that almost went down under before bing saved in 2009 and today host up to 100 students. I had the pleasure of visiting one early morning.. man it was early .. And after the morning ceremony also was invited for breakfast. What a treat it was. Feel free to share

Its 7 am in the morning.. The Lao Kao is enjoyed to the heavy bass tunes as the groom gets escorted to the house of his bride. Its loud, its fun and if you havent been to an Issan wedding you defo need to try one day :-) .. later was the food.. in abundance and spicy .. Aroy sut sut
