What I keep hearing, over and over, from parents is that they want photos that truly represent their seniors.
Not just pretty pictures.
Not just a unique location.
But images that highlight who they are at this point in time.
There are so many ways to create completely different looks for each senior, and this is why planning is such an integral part of every senior portrait session.
Ben’s senior portraits are split into three segments: basketball, cap & gown, and a family session.
We planned Ben’s first session around his love for basketball. His genuine smiles and the way his face lit up? That was Ben in his element, and we documented it in a place that holds so many memories for him and his family: inside his high school.
Afterward, we met up in my beautiful German village, adding a distinctly German backdrop to a gallery that reflects this unique chapter of life overseas.
We wrapped up Ben's family portraits earlier this week, on what felt like the coldest day of spring, and I cannot wait to show off those images in a separate post.

PS: Class of ’26 parents, I do have summer availability for graduation sessions before your soon-to-be-grads begin their next chapter. Please know: it is actually completely normal this time of year for me to hear from families who have decided that, yes, they really do want to schedule a portrait session after all.
