Morgan & Travis 🥂 06.06.2026

Ten years together this November, one beautiful little girl, and a wedding day that felt exactly like them: relaxed, natural, joyful, and surrounded by people who would do absolutely anything for them.

Held at Rivers Edge Resort on one of those perfect Manitoba summer days, there was sunshine, laughter, cold drinks, and a wedding party that made it their personal mission to ensure Morgan & Travis were having the best time possible. And honestly? Mission accomplished.

One thing that came up over and over again throughout the day was how seamlessly these two fit together. During the speeches, both families shared stories about how naturally they became part of one another’s lives. Not just as a couple, but as family. The kind of relationship where nobody can really remember a time before the other person was around.

Their first date was at Tavern United, where Travis showed up early just to have Morgan’s favourite drink waiting for her when she arrived. Such a small gesture, but one that says everything about who he is. Thoughtful. Steady. The kind of person who pays attention to the little things. Ten years later, that same care and devotion was woven throughout every part of their wedding day.

My favourite little addition to the celebration? Watching Emersyn take it all in. Cute as a button and so loved by everyone around her. 🤍

A decade of choosing each other. A room full of people cheering them on. And one heck of a party to celebrate becoming husband and wife.

What a privilege it was to be there for it all.

Mackenzie & Cody ✨

Mackenzie may have seen Cody at a restaurant the night before seeing him on Tinder but officially - these two met on Tinder, went on a date a week later, and have been choosing each other ever since.

Their engagement story is one for the books. Mackenzie was coaching softball in when Cody secretly recruited the coaches, players, and parents to help pull off a proposal at home plate. Meanwhile, she was fully locked in on winning the bunting competition and talking smack the entire time 😂

When she finally turned around and saw him on one knee? “There’s no fu***ng way.” (Apparently more than once lol)

For their engagement session, we grabbed cocktails at Solera (a vibey & hidden speakeasy behind a bookshelf downtown 👀), wandered through the Legislature grounds, and spent the evening talking about life, wedding plans, and all the adventures they’ve already packed into a relatively short amount of time together.

I loved these two as soon as we met & honestly, it’s safe to say they’re are going to have a lot of fun being married.

Erika & Austin 🥂 05.30.2026

These two spent their wedding exactly the way they seem to spend their lives: laughing, surrounded by people they adore, and fully soaking in every moment. The forecast gave us overcast skies all day long, but as soon as the ceremony began, the sun broke through and it felt like a sign.

Their people were some of the kindest I’ve ever been around. The kind of wedding where every vendor leaves saying, “Wow, they were just so sweet.” And honestly? They really are. Erika & Austin have a warmth about them that makes you feel lucky just to be in the room.

One of my favourite moments came during the speeches when Erika’s maid of honour shared the story of these two falling in love. Before they fell in love, they were friends. And when Erika realized those feelings were becoming something more, she was terrified. Unsure if she should risk changing what they already had. Her maid of honour recalled telling her, “Yeah, but Erika... what if it works out?”

And because I would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t mention it... Austin’s brother absolutely brought the house down with his best man speech. Childhood home videos. AI-generated caricatures. A room full of people crying from laughter. And then, just when everyone thought it was over... a surprise cameo from Lisa Vanderpump herself. ICONIC.

Between the bustling garden cocktail hour, the endless laughter, the famous Pineridge Hollow beet chips, and a room full of people who love these two fiercely.

Happy first anniversary to Gabbey & Paulo 💛

Their wedding day was one of those storybook moments you couldn’t plan if you tried. Photographed by our associate Tedi, the skies danced between rain and cloud all day; until the very second they met at the altar.

As soon as their hands touched, the sun broke through the clouds. Not to be cheesy but like literal sunshine pouring over their ceremony like a sign from the universe.

Gabbey & Paulo brought such a vibrant, effortless energy that made it a total dream to document. Them and their squads brought ALL the energy to the day and their photos just show the level of support they have in their lives!

Now on the bog: Sarah & Alex’s September Wedding Day

By far what I loved most about their wedding was how intentionally the timeline was designed. There was space for everything.

Space for Sarah and Alex to spend time together. Space to visit with guests. Space to laugh with their wedding party. Space to simply pause and take it all in.

Amber & Alan 🤎 05.23.2026

There is something really special about a wedding day built by the people who love you most.

Amber & Alan were married in their backyard, surrounded by family, friends, and one very important three-legged guest of honour: Murfy 🐾. From the handmade chuppah built by Amber’s dad, to the stunning florals arranged by her sister, to the ceremony backdrop their family created together, this day felt deeply personal at every turn.

And honestly? Any dog owner will appreciate the dedication that went into preparing a Manitoba backyard in May ... the strategically spray-painted lawn absolutely sent me, and I loved every second of it.

What stood out most, though, was how intentionally these two focused on their people.

Nothing felt rushed. Every conversation lingered a little longer. Every hug felt meaningful. The entire day was centred around being present with the community they have built around them.

After the ceremony, everyone gathered at Kitchen Sync where the celebrations continued with a unique & memorable reception. A live caricature artist kept guests entertained all evening, and Alan surprised everyone with an incredible video featuring him and Amber edited into some of their favourite TV shows; a perfect reflection of all those nights they’ve spent curled up together on the couch.

A backyard ceremony, a room full of people who adore them, and a wedding day that felt completely, unapologetically like them. My favourite kind. 🤎

Happy first anniversary to The Chudds 🥂

Lindsay & Jaremy’s wedding day was effortless. Full of soft moments and fun-filled celebration and the kind of wedding where you walk away feeling more in love with love itself.

Some of my top memories from their (smoky) wedding day include: a quiet (“blind”), private vow exchange before guests arrived to the venue, a tear filled walk up the aisle (looking at you Jaremy), their friend playing piano for Lindsay’s processional, a private post-ceremony toast with the wedding party, an incredible Ukranian Dance celebration by Jar’s dance team, and sunset portraits with Linds munching on a donut in between poses and locations.

Happy first anniversary, Kait & Jake ✨

A wedding day that was effortlessly sweet, full of heart, and totally them. Photographed by our associate photographer Tedi, every moment felt relaxed, genuine, and full of love....I cried as I culled through the images I received from Tedi, tbh.

One of our favourite details? Their pup was right there to celebrate by walking down the aisle with them - adding the perfect personal touch (and a few tail wags) to an already meaningful day (also peep Kait’s necklace 🐾)

From start to finish, these two brought such calm, grounded energy to their wedding—and it made for a day that felt beautifully intentional in every way.
