I love a good engagement session! Why you ask? No pressure, good vibes and just fun. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get in front of the camera before the big day! I love getting to know my couples and an engagement session is the perfect way to do it. We hang out for an hour or two, shoot some pics, go to some cool places and sometimes even grab a cocktail!!!

A little bit of sunshine, a lot of love, and one pretty incredible backdrop. ☀️🍷

There’s just something about a wedding at Sprucewood Shores that makes you want to slow down and take it all in—the vineyard, the lake, the golden light, and two people completely wrapped up in each other.

Some couples exchange rings. These two exchanged something a little more permanent. 🖤

When two tattoo artists get married, you already know their wedding is going to be anything but traditional.

During their ceremony, they tattooed each other—creating a piece of their wedding day that will literally stay with them forever. From the intricate details of her dress and tattoos to the leather, fringe, and all the little pieces that made their day completely them, every part of this wedding felt intentional, artistic, and unapologetically unique.

These are the weddings I love photographing—the ones where there’s no formula. Just two people creating a day that tells their story.

You know you don’t have to be engaged to have a couples session done. While engagements should be celebrated and documented there is also something special about photographing a love that has been on going for months, years and even decades. It has an a comfortable closeness that is extremely difficult to replicate without those years of dedication and love behind it. When my husband and I were married for 12 years we decided to renew our vows and had a shoot done ( on the beautiful islands of Tahiti). Lemme know if you wanna see them!!!! lol.
