It's the last day to fly your brooms for the 5th Annual Vancouver Witch Walk!

(Info reposted from ) We are part of the Eastside Culture Crawl and independently artist-run. Come join us on an enchanted pathway to EIGHT magical art studios in East Van! You can find ACCESSIBILITY INFO at the bottom of each building’s description.

This event is FREE. 5 out of 8 locations are wheelchair accessible. We cannot provide a scent free environment at this time, apologies! This is a masks optional event.

We are lucky enough to be joined by multiple talented folks around East Van. This year we will be showcasing 20+ artists working with themes of magic, tradition, alternative art, anarchy and witchcraft!!!

This year is even more delicious, featuring photography, ceramics, drawing, sculpture, jewelry, doll making, apothecary, screen printing, installation, candle magic, kitchen witchery and tarot!

Studios are open:
Thursday/Friday: 5pm - 10pm
Sat/Sun: 11am - 6pm

Tonight! The Witch's Art Social at returns! 🌕

On Oct 28, from 7-10pm, Liquid Amber Tattoo will showcase craft and creations by Vancouver based witches, including .

Ilena creates on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Səl̓ílwətaʔ, and Skwxwú7mesh Nations. A ceramic artist, teacher, writer, designer, bartender, traveler, survivor, witch and a lifelong student of clay. Her current practice finds local landscape, environment and materials encountering myth, story and history.

On this Samhain full moon, come and celebrate art, community, and witches!

This is a free, 19+ event. There will be a cash bar and raffle prizes for tattoo gift certificates and items from the vendors.

Krystiana is a witch, Psychic Medium, Astrologer and Tarot Instructor based in Vancouver Canada. Krystiana has been practicing psychic development, tarot and evolutionary astrology for around 15 years. As a q***r, disabled woman she is committed to a trauma-informed approach in her work. By merging the realms of psychic mediumship and astrology she is able to use her gifts to support the intuitive development and personal growth of her clients.

About Matia Meyer Illustration and Design:

Some things are simple: drawing strong and empowered women makes me feel strong and empowered.

Of course, other things in life are not as simple. Each of these pieces represent a renaissance of personal growth, a confrontation of fear, a response to the pressures of daily life or cultural expectations, and sometimes– a simple observation of beauty and strength.

My work is heavily influenced by painter Alphonse Mucha and the Art Nouveau period. I also gather my inspiration from pop culture, contemporary design, the mystical wonders of folklore, mythology and magic, and most importantly, our innate connection with nature
