WOW. 💛

Together, we raised $1,740 through the Kultura Kubo Silent Auction!

Thank you to everyone who placed bids, shared the auction, and supported this fundraiser in any way. Swipe through to see some of the amazing items that found new homes.

Every bid helped us move one step closer to bringing Kultura Kubo to life at the Vancouver International Children’s Festival and creating a space that celebrates Filipino culture, creativity, and community.

We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up with generosity and support.

Our Kusikus Weaving Workshop with was full of people trying something completely new, figuring it out together, and slowly getting obsessed with the process 😭

Not gonna lie, some people walked in looking slightly terrified of the looms, but by the end of the night, everyone was LOCKED IN.

Huge thank you to Carol-Ann for guiding such a thoughtful and welcoming workshop, and to everyone who spent their Friday night weaving with us.

Every bid supports The Kultura Kubo, the first-ever Filipino Cultural Arts Tent at the 49th Vancouver International Children’s Festival, which introduces over 16,000 children and families to Filipino art, culture, and heritage May 25-31 at Granville Island.
