I am completely blown away, in total shock, and deeply grateful.
Today, I walked into the Chamber office to pick up a letter, only to hand deliver myself the biggest surprise: I’ve been nominated for Small Business of the Year at the 2026 SCBEX Awards!
I’ve been a photographer for 10 years now. A decade of early mornings, late-night editing, and pouring my heart into every single image. Truthfully, even after ten years, it can still feel like a struggle to truly be known in the community. Realistically, I know I probably won't make it to the finals and that is completely okay with me. Just being noticed, remembered, and nominated by someone in our community is already a massive win in my book.
Seeing this nomination in my hands was the most emotional reminder that people do notice the hard work.
To whoever took the time to nominate me: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how much this validation means after 10 years in business. And to every client who has trusted me behind the lens over the decade, thank you for letting me capture your lives. ❤️
Thank you Swift Current & District Chamber of Commerce

This grad session was such a fun one. A little road trip outside of town, a beautiful cabin, meeting Hailey's lovely family, and spending time with her horse made the whole evening so memorable. Thank you for having me, and congratulations on your graduation, Hailey! ❤️

Almost missed it, but I couldn't let the day end without saying Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary to Clance & Paolo! 🤍
It still feels like yesterday I was capturing your wedding day. Wishing you both so much love, laughter, and happiness as you continue this journey together. Cheers to many more years! 🥂

Finally sharing a few favorites from Shanenia Pineda & Brady's engagement session. 🤍
This session was such a fun one to create. I absolutely love this timeless, editorial, vintage-inspired style.
If this is the kind of vibe you're dreaming of for your engagement or couples session, I'm your girl. ✨

There’s something so special about photographing milestones like this. Watching my clients celebrate the moments they've worked so hard for is one of the best parts of what I do. Congratulations, Daphne! 🎓 Thank you for trusting me to capture this beautiful season of your life. Here's to everything that's still to come. 🤍

Still not over this session. Khaye wanted something bold for her 21st birthday, and I'd say she understood the assignment. Happy Birthday, girl! Wishing you the best year yet. 🖤

Bold enough to stand out. Confident enough to own it.
Happy 21st Birthday to this beautiful soul. May this year bring new adventures, big dreams, and memories worth chasing.✨️

Just a few days away from becoming husband and wife, and I couldn't be more excited to photograph such a beautiful chapter in their story this Friday.✨️
