This session meant more than words can really capture.

As a teacher, you spend years cheering students on, encouraging them, and watching them grow. Then one day they move on, and you can only hope life is treating them well. That's why it was so meaningful when Addi reached out and asked me to take her grad photos.

Some students leave a lasting mark on your heart, and Addi has always been one of them. She was wise beyond her years then, and seeing the incredible young woman she has become now comes as no surprise.

This session meant more than words can really capture.

As a teacher, you spend years cheering students on, encouraging them, and watching them grow. Then one day they move on, and you can only hope life is treating them well. That’s why it was so meaningful when Addi reached out and asked me to take her grad photos.

Bailey was one of the first kids I photographed through our VIP program, and it was such a joy watching her and her siblings grow during that time.

Now, here she is—graduating and heading off to study architecture.

One of the best parts of this job is getting a glimpse of who these young people become. Seeing Bailey all grown up - gorgeous and ready for her next chapter is pretty special.

A few years ago, I met this wonderful family and we got chatting about an incredible vintage truck they owned. They generously offered to let me photograph it someday, but with the farm being so far outside the city, the opportunity never quite lined up.

Fast forward a few years, and everything finally came together. It was Bree's turn to celebrate her graduation, and not only did I get the chance to photograph this amazing truck, but I also got to capture this gorgeous graduate!

We spent the evening exploring the farm, playing around with different locations, and creating some truly beautiful images. It was such a fun session, and I am absolutely obsessed with how everything turned out.

Welcoming sweet baby Liam
He was such a dream for his newborn session and definitely let his personality shine. His little smiles completely melted my heart, and while he wasn’t too interested in belly poses, I was more than happy to soak up all the cuddles instead!

And big brother James? Already the sweetest protector, giving the gentlest kisses and loving on his baby brother the entire session.

What makes this session even more special is that I photographed James from birth through his own VIP program, and now I get to watch these two boys grow together!

There’s a certain kind of quiet magic when you meet people on the edge of becoming something new.
We had just met, but it didn’t take long to see it—the way they leaned into each other without thinking, the softness in their laughter, the kind of excitement that doesn’t need to be loud to be felt.
And Anna…absolutely glowing. Not just in the way people say it, but in the real, unmistakable way—like her whole world is already shifting to make space for someone she hasn’t even held yet.

Normally during newborn sessions we do everything we can to keep babies asleep... but this time was different. I was approached by an artist working on a very special project, and for this role we actually needed baby awake. Of course, that also happened to be the day I met the sleepiest baby in the world. It was just a few short months ago that I met Jillian and Millie… and from the very beginning, it felt meaningful. An instant connection. The kind rooted in authenticity, honesty, and that rare understanding you don’t come across every day. 🤍

Since then, we’ve shared so much — especially walking through our kids’ film journeys side by side. There’s something so special about having someone who truly gets it, who celebrates the highs and supports you through the in-between moments.

I am beyond thrilled that her three beautiful girls have joined our VIP program. Watching them grow, step into their confidence, and shine in front of my camera is such a joy. These sneak peeks are just a glimpse of the magic we created together — and I already cannot wait for our next session. ✨

It feels like just yesterday I met sweet James at his newborn session… and now here we are, two years later, counting down the weeks until I get to photograph his little sibling. 🤍

Watching families grow is one of the greatest honors of what I do. Being invited back into this season of anticipation and love means more to me than I can fully put into words. From maternity to milestone sessions — and even our VIP time together — James has spent so many special moments in my studio, and it has been pure joy to watch his personality blossom.

Lila, Tyler and James, thank you for trusting me again to capture this beautiful chapter. You are creating something so special, and I cannot wait to document the love that’s about to grow even bigger in just two short months.
