I specialize in modern school photography that is all about natural expressions and zero stress. I’m opening up my Port Coquitlam studio for Modern School Mini-Sessions—the perfect chance to get those timeless, boutique-style portraits on a simple black or white backdrop.

The Details:
🗓️ Dates: March 14, April 25, & May 23
📍 Location: My home studio in Port Coquitlam
⏱️ The Session: Quick, efficient 5-minute slots—perfect for busy schedules and short attention spans!
👧 Who: Kids ages 1–18 (siblings welcome!)
💰 Investment: $135 (includes 8-12 high-res digital files). Additional siblings are $85, and I’ll even tuck in some sibling shots for free.

As a specialist in preschool and daycare photography, I know how to help kids feel comfortable and seen so their real personality shines through. No fake backgrounds, no awkward poses—just beautiful, simple portraits you’ll actually want to hang on the wall.

In just 10 minutes, your little grad will be captured against a timeless grey backdrop, in a fun, lighthearted environment where they can relax and be themselves, allowing us to capture genuine smiles and personalities.

We'll provide a choice of blue or red cap and gown, along with all the props needed to make their photoshoot extra special.

Just think, the next time you'll see them in a cap and gown, they will be crossing the stage at their Grade 12 graduation.

Could I pick your brain?

I've had a few grad photo session requests from clients whose little ones are graduating preschool this year, and starting Kindergarten in September.

If you have a little grad this year, would you be interested in such a mini-session? (or could you tag your friends who do?). It will look similar to these photos - simple, classic portraits that you can hang on the wall, with only a few select props to commemorate the occasion.

You might think us photographers are trying to be fancy schmancy by calling it INVESTMENT rather than simply PRICING on our websites.

For me, this right here is a great example of why I can never reduce the money you spend on photography to something as consumerfied as "price list". Not when we're capturing a moment in time that may mean only a little now, but will be priceless in the future.

As I was placing the 18th photo of my son into this frame today, and knowing that I will never open it up to fill a space again after this, I cannot even pinpoint the immense value of each of the adjacent photos. All I know is that it's a damn lot more than the $1.15 I paid for each print.

Photos have a value. Not a price.
