Mer Bleue Autumn Reflections

The fall colours came alive one early and crisp October morning. The air was still and the sky completely cloudless, making for the perfect reflection photo of the tree line along the Mer Bleue Bog area. The only movement heard and seen were that of nearby birds like blue jays, chickadees, red-winged blackbirds, and swamp sparrows. This was the true experience and capture of peace.

ORLANDO, Florida

While visiting my sister in Florida, I accompanied her to her Dr.'s appointment. I waited outside the building and noticed this interesting pattern of light through the colourful columns. The light reminded me of piano keys. Photo shot with a Nikon D300 with a Sigma 70-300 lens.

Ottawa

I was out on a walk when I and my decided to sit on the bleachers next to the baseball diamond to enjoy the beautiful scene that was developing because of the setting sun and the incoming clouds. I stretched my phone way above the fence to capture this photo in RAW. It came out better than I expected!

Shirley's Bay, Nepean, Ontario

This was one of the first photos I clicked when I reached the location. My intention was to capture the sunset, but there was no time for that, so I started clicking elsewhere when I found this human-made rock formation. I thought I had a chance to capture some leading lines, and the photo came out beautifully!
