🖤 Black and whites will never get old to me. 🤍

I decided to play around with a black and white edit of this Saskatchewan lily and the most stunning engagement ring, and I’m absolutely loving how it turned out.

The contrast makes that gorgeous ring pop while still showing off all the beautiful little details and textures of the lily. There’s just something about black and white that makes an image feel timeless. 🤍

I had such a hard time narrowing down which photos to share from this session!

I had the honour of hanging out with these two again, but this time Jessica had a beautiful ring on her finger! And what a stunning ring it is. ✨

We cruised around the back roads searching for the perfect locations, and I think we absolutely hit the nail on the head. We were also lucky to have a nice windy evening, which kept the mosquitoes to a minimum (thank goodness!). These two are always such great sports and are willing to try all of my crazy pose ideas.

I am so excited for this next chapter in your lives and cannot wait to see what the future holds for you both.

I can’t even handle how cute my nephew is! He posed so perfectly for his aunty and made my job so easy. 🥹

Taking these photos was such a bittersweet moment. It feels like just yesterday I was taking his newborn photos, and now he’s graduating Pre-K and getting ready for big kid school! I’m so excited for this next adventure in his life, but time really needs to slow down.

Before I know it, I’ll be capturing his senior graduation photos in the blink of an eye. ❤️ Wishing you so much fun, learning, and new adventures as you start this exciting chapter, Hayes!

This session was extra special because I’ve had the privilege of watching the little girl I once knew grow into a beautiful young woman. It feels like just yesterday she was a little kid, and now she’s all grown up and ready to take on the next chapter of her life. Time truly needs to slow down!

I had so much fun hanging out with Hudson, all dressed up, and capturing him doing what he loves most—playing basketball.

I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to capture this beautiful family again as they welcomed their newest addition. Baby Xaden is the sweetest little guy!
Newborn sessions with toddler siblings are always so much fun. They love being part of the action and often try to steal the spotlight—but that’s all part of the fun. Alara was such a big helper during the session and was so excited to be involved every step of the way.

It was truly a joy to document this special chapter for their family and capture the love they already share with their newest little member. ✨📸💕

Apple blossoms, lilac blooms, and yes… even my tomatoes are flowering too (while still living in the greenhouse and screaming at me to plant them) 🫠🌸🍅

Sometimes when life feels overwhelming, you need to pause and appreciate the little things that bring you joy. For me, that’s wandering around with my camera capturing flower blossoms and the beauty in simple moments.

Life is full of changes, and as I navigate another season of returning to the workforce full time, it may take a little while to settle into a new routine and balance everything again. While I truly enjoyed doing photography full time, I’ve realized I’m more of a people person than I thought, and being away from that connection was beginning to take a toll on my mental health.

I will absolutely still be taking photography bookings for evenings and weekends, and I’ll continue putting the same pride, care, and passion into every session. The only change may be a slightly longer turnaround time than before. Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business through every season of life — it truly means the world to me.

Their family is growing ✨

I had the privilege of capturing this wonderful family once again as they grow from three to soon-to-be four. I’ve had the honour of documenting this beautiful couple since 2023, back when it was just the two of them and their fur babies. Watching their family grow and being trusted to capture each milestone along the way has been so special.

I’m beyond excited for them as they await the arrival of their next little bundle of joy! We also got lucky with Mother Nature blessing us with a fresh blanket of snow the night before their morning session, creating the most gorgeous backdrop for their maternity photos 🫶
