The long awaited gloom of fall is slowly arriving.

Some images from a recent trip to the Stanstead Stone Circle.

The stone circle was designed in similar fashion to that of neolithic stone circles found in Celtic Britain and France and was made entirely out of local granite.

The circle celebrates both the equinox and the 45th parallel and runs alongside the Tomifobia River in an open field next to the border with the United States.
