September recap is hereeee🤪

Most of what I shot in September were my creative Halloween sessions which I’m not ready to share just yet sooo enjoy the last of my summery sessions 🌊

The Butcher by Jennifer Hillier ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sick and twisted, such a good read. Plot twist had my jaw on the floor- disturbed 🤢👏🏼👏🏼 Will definitely be reading more books from her. Have you read anything from her? What’s your fav? I think heart of glass is up next from her for me!!

Been absolutely loving the pumpkin spice latte concentrate that I found at Costco 😍 Go to coffee has been:
- as a base

I asked clients: How did you feel before vs after your session? And this is what they had to say… ❤️‍🩹🥺

A common theme I see with women before their sessions is they think that they aren’t enough. Confident enough, small enough, sexy enough, worthy of the investment into changing to relationship they have with themselves. But girl, if I can tell you one thing… that is EXACTLY why an experience like this exists. To challenge those kind of thought patterns, to take the first step in working on changing the way you talk to yourself, the way you think about yourself.

Another common theme is that women don’t think that this kind of shoot will change anything and that it’s “just a photoshoot”. To that I say, first off, that you get out of this experience what you put into it. Coming in with an open mind, opening yourself up to the experience and continuing to do the work leading up to and after the experience- those things can all make this experience more impactful. But the experience in itself is a chance to see yourself differently and can open your eyes to how harsh you’ve been on yourself, how little time you allow yourself to be pampered/treated, how you are constantly apologizing for taking up space. Being confronted with those realizations can be overwhelming but in my ✨humble✨ opinion are the best seeds to plant to start taking your relationship with yourself in a new direction. A kinder, lighter, more freeing direction. ❤️‍🩹
