I first met this beautiful family when they were eagerly awaiting the arrival of their son, Dawson. From his very first newborn session, he was absolute perfection—and somehow, he’s only become more magical with time. Full of smiles, laughter, and the sweetest spirit, he truly makes every moment in front of the camera feel effortless.
It comes as no surprise, though. His parents are genuinely some of the kindest, most down-to-earth people, and it’s always such a joy to spend time with them. They have a way of making me feel less like a photographer and more like an extension of their family, which is something I never take for granted.
Mom thoughtfully curated their wardrobe with such care, choosing soft, timeless pieces that complemented one another beautifully. By keeping patterns minimal and the palette simple, it allowed the focus to remain exactly where it belongs—on their connection, their love, and the natural beauty surrounding them.

On a beautiful Friday in May, this lovely couple gathered in Toronto, surrounded by 300 of their closest family and friends, to say “I do” and begin the most meaningful chapter of their lives together.
I’m often asked if I travel for weddings, and the answer is always yes. While I’m based in London, Ontario, I’m more than happy to travel near or far to document your day, wherever your story unfolds.

There’s something so special about a big family—so many personalities, so much movement, and a kind of joyful energy that I truly adore. The beautiful chaos, the laughter, the in-between moments… it’s all magic to me.
Mama was absolutely radiant, and the thoughtfully chosen colour palette came together so effortlessly in the soft April light beneath the magnolia tree. We wondered how the evening timing after school might go—little ones can be a bit tired—but what began a little quietly quickly turned into laughter, dance parties, and the sweetest kind of playfulness.
I’ve had the honour of watching this family grow over the years, and spending time with them is always something I cherish.

For this session, we kept everything soft, simple, and light—designed to reflect the feel of their home and their personal style. I believe each newborn session should be as unique as the family themselves, which is why I always encourage parents to guide the colour palette, outfits, and swaddles. Some of my favourite weddings are the small, intimate ceremonies shared between two people deeply in love at City Hall. The ceremony is simple and meaningful, usually lasting about 20 minutes from start to finish.
Afterward, there are so many beautiful spots around City Hall for portraits before couples head off to celebrate with family and friends.
I had the honour of sharing this beautiful couple’s special Friday afternoon ceremony, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of it.
In just a few weeks, we’ll be celebrating again at the Delta Armouries for their larger wedding celebration, and I’m so excited to document the full day ahead.

One of the greatest compliments I can receive as a wedding photographer is being chosen by someone within the industry—especially a venue team member who sees so much incredible work firsthand.
Wedding coordinators experience the best of what London and the surrounding area has to offer, which makes it all the more meaningful to have been selected to capture H and Q’s special day next year at the beautiful Bellamere Winery & Event Centre.
Their engagement session was even more memorable with their beloved fur baby joining in to celebrate their love—such a special touch.
