I’m a little obsessed with good light ☀️ and if you’ve followed my work for any length of time you’ve probably noticed that almost every outdoor session in the Summer takes place in the evening. Well, there’s a reason for that!

The timing of your session is never an afterthought for me. I choose to photograph my outdoor sessions mainly in the evening because that beautiful golden light is such a big part of my work. It’s that light that creates those warm tones, dreamy backgrounds and genuine connection you see throughout my galleries.

I want every client to have images that feel this magical, and for me that starts with chasing the best light of the day. ✨

Emilia’s Smash N’ Splash 🧁 🛁

Full disclosure… not every baby is thrilled about smashing a cake. Some dive right in, most just poke at it and then there’s the few that want absolutely nothing to do with it!

There’s something so sacred about the last stage of pregnancy . The waiting, the wondering, the anticipation.

I still remember imagining every little detail … like what their tiny soul would look like, whose features they’d have, what their cry would sound like and what it would feel like to love someone I hadn’t even met yet.

And somehow even with all that love already growing, I still had no idea just how deeply motherhood would change my heart.

The waiting felt endless then… but now I’d give anything to hold that version of me for just a moment longer.

Soak it in mama. Embrace these last quiet moments. You’re in for the most beautiful ride ♥️
