Brittany and familys fall mini. These two boys were the absolute sweetest! I’m always so stoked on the sweet little individual photos that I get of kids during a family shoot because they always shine in them. While usually also feeling a little awkward or super excited to get their solo shots - either way I always ease their feelings by showing them their photo after I take it!

To slow down and get to watch Hannah and Josh be parents to these three cuties during their shoot was such a treat. Life gets lifey and we were due to spend some time together so to photograph my friend/ sister (since kindergarten) be a mom to a teenager and two little boys was full circle to say the least. Even though things get busy and time goes by where we don’t see one another - sharing lifes wins and losses with her has been such a special gift. When I started this business I honestly didn’t expect everyone in my life to turn to me for their photographer needs. A sentimental shoot for me for sure. 🤎

Absolutely loved doing some headshots for Jenn. One of the most real, thoughtful, kind and authentic people I know. Leaving an appointment with Jenn feels like getting together with a close friend or family member. Not to mention how skilled and experienced she is in her trade. This is 3! I totally forgot to share this shoot with all of you. Leo turned 3 this past summer and is completely in his animal/ gorilla era. He literally pretended to be a gorilla for this entire shoot. And of course I got those smiley, eyes on the camera shots as well because I thoroughly believe in allowing kids to be themselves and have fun during a shoot. I love that these images capture him exactly as he is right now at 3 years old, priceless. So in love with this boy.

If you know me you know the ocean is.. home to me. So I will hold these images near and dear to my heart for the rest of my life. This wasn’t just a vacation but I dream I dreamt before I was ever even a mother. A time I can relive through these photos again and again. When they were 2 and 4 and we ran from dinner to catch the sunset over the ocean with their Dad and Nana 🌅

Ok so anyone who knows the dance of being a mama and a small business owner understands why these photos from our family vacation in March are only now being edited and shared. I promised myself when starting this business that I wouldn’t neglect to capture and share my own families moments but of course my clients galleries come first! So here are some of the few photos I snapped from back in March when we visited the beautiful island of Anna Maria. Sand like icing sugar, dolphins swimming right by us and kids (and mom) who would live at the beach. It just might be the most stunning beach I’ve ever seen. Blessed by the Universe with these memories 🐬🌴

As we say goodbye to summer and hello to autumn I am glad so many of my clients requested their shoots to be by the water these past few summer months. From the sailboats to the birds gliding by this shoot with the sweetest family felt like the perfect farewell to sessions by the water ⚓️
