This bridal session was supposed to be outside in the garden, however, the weather had other plans and decided to pour rain from morning till night. The direction of the session turned into a moody, candle-lit afternoon within the 200 year old walls of the Rosemount. It became a dreamy, private world as a story unfolded in a unique and unexpected way. Each corner of the house invites possibility, and every door opens into what feels like a secret, magical world.
Weddings can sometimes feel like you are following a checklist of items to complete. Here at the Rosemount, nothing is cookie cutter or rigid. You really never know how your story will unfold, but it will be authentic and something that cannot be replicated.

In the corner of the garden somewhere between the real world and a dream, a fairy queen finds her crown.

The magic this little ballerina brought to her session can hardly be expressed in words - the photos say it all.

This evening felt like a dream with a touch of royalty, a little old-world romance, and the feeling of stepping into a fairytale. Fifteen years beautifully celebrated, with an entire lifetime still waiting to unfold.
What an honor to photograph the first stage of this young woman's quinceañera.

There’s something about this place in the fall—the golden light, the changing leaves, the quiet little corners that seem to glow for just a few short weeks.

If you’ve been dreaming of photographs that feel warm, natural and a little bit magical, autumn here is pretty hard to beat. 🍂

Fall sessions are now open, and I’d love to create something beautiful with you.
