Hey pals.
As my wedding season comes to an end (how do I only have 2 weddings left in 2026), I just wanted to take a minute to ramble on a bit here. So please bear with me….
When I started this business, I could not have imagined the places it would take me, but more importantly, the people that I would meet along the way. This season has been absolutely incredible. I’m not sure how I managed to get so incredibly lucky…. so the risk of sounding super cliché… I have the absolute best clients in the world. Every weekend, I have walked away, feeling so fulfilled and so obsessed with the humans that I’ve spent the day with. I have cried at every single wedding this season and sometimes again when I’m editing photos.
I think that a huge part of wedding photography is connection. Obviously connecting with your partner, but also connecting with your photographer and allowing them in. Allowing them to truly get to know you both.
So thank you for letting me in. I honestly love my job so much and am so grateful for each and every one of you. Past, present and future. 😘
Anyway - it’s fall. 🍂🙃 I told my neighbour the other day that fall for photographers is equivalent to tax season for accountants. 🤪
Better get back to it. Okay love ya.
Xo
