โ€œ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐œ๐ก?โ€ Like my other photoshoots, a contract will be signed. I will also have a waiver and consent forms.

โ€œ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ ๐ž๐ญ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ?โ€ All media will be used for social media purposes (portfolio, instagram, TikTok, Facebook, prints etc). The photos and videos will be used for an upcoming project of mine but staying within these platforms.

๐๐Ž๐‹๐ˆ๐‚๐ˆ๐„๐’:
All sessions include their own set of media, please read through to see how much youโ€™ll recieve. Extra media can be purchased at an additional discounted fee OR a barter can be made with the business session. Travel fees are added past 35km. This is a first come first serve basis, I encourage everyone to apply โ€” however if you do not meet the criteria for what I am looking for, your application may be rejected.

All photos and videos are to be used for personal use (besides the business session). Selling/Altering/Claiming of images/videos will be subject to copyright protection fees and will be charged full price of the session. If needs arenโ€™t met โ€” legal action will be taken. Read carefully through the contract as it states this. Adding a โ€œfilterโ€ to an image still counts as altering, posting a photo you didnโ€™t purchase is considered stealing. As this is a model call, the images are editing to what Iโ€™m looking for.

โ€ข for rodeos i will be attending the north bay one in august + binbrook (maybe more?)

my healing is going but a break is needed and i donโ€™t think i could handle a full day of photos in july as i had hoped โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

hamilton hunt will also be on hold until late july / august if healing goes smoothly.
