The before image is how most of us experience ourselves, rushed, makeup-free, brushing it off when someone wants to take a photo. "Not today. Not like this."

The other three frames are the same woman. Same face, same smile, same sparkle. The only thing that shifted was that she stopped waiting and gave herself permission.
