I had a scam attempt again this week. I trusted my gut but gave the guy a bit of trust in case he was honest. I had the studio set up for this "visitor to the area", but with a Florida phone number. When he asked for payment details and if he could pay with US banking stuff I had a little red flag go up, then he asked me for my e-transfer information. Another red flag...but just the same, I was at my studio with it set up in case he really was in the area visiting his family. Nope, no show and crickets to my recent messages. I told him I'd give him my e-transfer details after we'd finished the session. Why do people do that?

I went to Belleville's Downtown at Dusk festival last night with my friend Megan. We took some street photography style photos. These are mine. Megan will probably post some later.

What is it with this new generation? They often set appointments with my small business, then do not show, they do not tell me they’re going to be late or not show up… Then they ghost me when I try to contact them. That is so rude! I have waited around for a simple ID photo and I told her that I had to leave the house for another session. I asked her to be on time or let me know if she could not come….crickets!

The sun was shining and sky was blue, I just had to get out for some apricity and my goal was to capture some shadows. I think I also got a photo of an eagle...correct me if I'm wrong.
