Iβve been seeing this more in the wedding industry lately and that is: couples choosing to skip the traditional βgetting readyβ coverage. This to create space for what really matters: connection. Just saving that time for friends and family only. And using that hour of time elsewhere for photos in their wedding timeline.
As one of my brides recently said, βTbh, when will I actually look back on photos of my dress hanging on a door?β And honestly, I agreed with her.
Remember: Itβs your day, not a photoshoot. If youβd rather use that time to be present, breathe, or grab extra portraits with your partner, do it. Your timeline should serve you, not the other way around.
