What a privilege it was to capture such a special chapter in Daniel and Carol’s story. 🤍
Daniel came all the way from the United States to Brazil to meet Carol’s family, choosing the beautiful Ribeirão da Ilha as the setting for an even more unforgettable moment: asking her to marry him.
The weather, however, had other plans for us. It was raining, and for a moment it seemed like everything was working against the photos we had imagined. But sometimes, it is exactly the unexpected that makes a story even more beautiful.
Instead of stopping us, the rain became part of the story. We found a little corner at Rancho Açoriano and created beautiful images despite it. And in the midst of the weather’s unpredictability, something even more meaningful unfolded: genuine, intimate moments between the two of them, filled with emotion, love, and deep connection.
More than just photographs, I had the honor of witnessing and preserving a truly heartfelt engagement moment.
I feel deeply privileged to have been trusted with documenting such an important moment in their lives.
Thank you, Daniel and Carol, for allowing me to be part of your story. I wish you both a wonderful journey back to the United States and, above all, a beautiful new chapter together.
