I don't usually play favourites, but these guys are obviously my favourites. 😉
My little sister and her family just flew home to the UK after spending 5 weeks in Aus with us. It's been over a decade since their last visit so you can imagine how excited we were to have them (and how mopey I am now that they've gone).
It's a bittersweet thing, being blessed with such beautiful, close family bonds, but also living on opposite sides of the globe. Most days i'm just grateful that we have each other, but some days I hate the distance with a passion.
We make sure we snap some photos every time we're together (because it's usually a while between cuppas), and thankfully I remembered on Tom's last day here. So i grabbed the camera as we headed out on my favourite beach walk and took 5 to snap a few. Keep an eye out for some cheeky cousin photos we took on Hayze's last rainy afternoon too.
I am SO proud to call these 4 lovely humans my family, especially these past few years. They deserve all the love and every good thing in this world.
But seriously guys, you can come back now. WE MISS YOU.
