I love it when people hang my work in their homes and send me the results.

I have to respect the privacy of this art collector, but the couple live well and truly on the other side of the world and purchased this print along with another one that I produced.

The print was printed on highly archival and renowned Hahnemühle museum grade cotton paper using pigmented inks which have a rating of 100+ years.

The collector found a framer in the area where they live that provided a true white glove service, and it is fully archivally framed with museum quality glass.

This photo, titled 'Sculpted in Shadow' won me a Silver Award in the New York Photography Awards 2025.

I have had some more international success with my Fine Art Photography in the London Photography Awards.

Firstly, I have won a Gold Award for a series of photos I took in Brisbane between Christmas and New Year that depict the Ancient Greek and Roman statues of Venus. My idea was to replicate the ancient statues and make the model look like as if she was one of the Venus Statues in a museum setting. The series is titled "The Living Marble", which I think fits the series well.

In addition, I got an Honourable Mention for a photo I took last year that I titled "Threshold of Becoming".

I have just received an email from London to say that my photo 'Eclipse of Form' has been awarded a Nominee status in the International Fine Art Photography Awards.

This means the photo did not win anything but was shortlisted from thousands of entries in the competition and is a milestone in an industry juried competition.

The photo now has this behind it, as well as being the overall winner in the N*des on TAP competition and exhibition in Sydney in November last year and a Silver Award in the New York Photography Awards in December.

In addition to that, the photo has been placed with high-end fine art collectors around the world.

Wishing everyone a happy new year.

To be honest I am glad 2025 is ending. I have had some of the lowest of lows in 2025 in regard to my photography caused by some people in the community earlier in the year.

However, whilst most people do appreciate what I do and even though there are some rumours still circulating that I do know of (that are not true) I was able to get on top of it all to become an award-winning photographer at the end of the year.

I particularly thank, the Nuttall/Longmore family, Caleb Hefren, the Junee Poker Run committee, all the other bike run committees that I have worked with, the Royal Agricultural Society Foundation, and all the other people that I have worked with through 2025.

As previously announced, I will not be returning to anything local in 2026 and will be concentrating on my Fine Art, and I look forward to what the new year brings!!
