I fell in love with the beauty of embracing challenging conversations through curiosity, whilst supporting people to evolve into their higher selves. Along the journey, I harnessed
a camera for my own self-care. At the time, my photography was focussed intently at the ocean where I developed a keen eye for capturing immersive seascapes. This allowed me to hone my camera craft in tumultuous conditions. However, shortly after I came to realise that my true calling in life was embracing my own creative pursuits which is a love of photography. She is an expansive mistress and has lead me down the grateful pathway of now photographing a plethora of emotive moments as a career. Majority of my time is spent in or around the deep blue. I also have this weird obsession with looking at light, and how it echoes on timeless moments around me. Alas, when not immersed in the ocean brine, I’m either playing guitar or smashing down a hill on my mountain bike and consuming overly expense batch brew coffees. Like mosts creatives, I don’t really embrace banging my own drum. I guess that’s why I got into photography. I’d prefer to let my creativity do the talking. However, I have been internationally recognised for my prior photography pursuits. Photography for me, at its purest, is just the love of being creative and connecting with others. I have been told that I have a gift for connecting with people. I like to think kindness, compassion and curiosity is second nature to me. I feel that it’s an enormous gift in photography, as knowing your way around a camera is only half the battle. The other half and probably most important element involves trust and human connection. I believe it’s paramount for you to invest in the right person for your special day. If you’re here hopefully we are meant to connect. The catch is you will be subscribing to a hell of a lot of fun, laughter, the occasional beer and someone who loves to submerge themselves creatively, in whatever they do.
