✨ And just like that, my little sunshine girl is SIX! ✨ 
Six years of loving you, it’s been a big year for you starting school but you have taken it all in your stride as you do with everything you do.
I have LOVED watching you grow,  You are one of the most headstrong, determined little souls I have ever known. The power of your mind amazes me daily, and when you set your heart on something, there is very little that can stand in your way. You have a fire in you that is so incredibly special, and I hope you carry that determination with you throughout your life. But beneath that strong, independent spirit is the most beautiful, selfless little heart. You love so deeply, care so genuinely, and already have a way of putting others before yourself. Your kindness is your superpower my girl, and I hope you never lose it, because it is one of the most beautiful parts of who you are. 🤍 You are FUN. You are an adrenaline monster who loves life, and you spend most of your time either upside down or under water! 🤸‍♀️🌊 You light up every room you walk into, bring life to every party, and have a personality far bigger than your little self.
A true party girl, with A LOT of sass to keep us all on our toes! 😂 And honestly, I wouldn’t change a single thing about you. You have such high standards for yourself, always wanting to do things to the very best of your ability. You’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, even if that means helping mummy clean up.
Never dim your light, the world needs more of you.  They say the best things come in small packages, and BOY, OH BOY, were they right! 🥹💗 My little pocket rocket, you may be small in size, but you are mighty in every other way. Six years of you, and I still find myself wondering how I got so lucky.  Happy 6th birthday to my beautiful girl. I love every single piece of you, more than words could ever explain. 💕

🤍 Newborn sessions don’t have to be picture perfect to be beautiful. 🤍

Every family is different, and so is every newborn session. Some are slow, quiet and sleepy… and others are full of big brother energy, giggles, cuddles, chaos and a whole lot of personality! 🥹✨
And you know what? I love both!!
There’s no pressure for your little ones to sit still, smile on cue or behave perfectly.
No need to worry if things get a little chaotic or if your toddler has other plans.
That’s real life, and it’s beautiful too. 🤍
Sometimes, we just need to lean into the chaos, let go of the expectations and embrace the beautiful, messy, perfectly imperfect season we’re in.
Because one day, you might just find yourself missing the noise, the craziness, the little hands grabbing at you and the beautiful chaos of having everyone together. 🫶🏼

So let’s capture your family. Your connection, your personalities, your love and all the little in-between moments that make this season yours.

A fun little shoot with my now TEN-year-old! 🪩
Life has been busy, so this is a little late 🤍
I can’t believe I’ve been a mum for a whole decade!

Every year, I do a birthday shoot for each of my girls. I love leaning into whatever they’re obsessed with at that age, creating something that captures who they are in that particular season of life.
The inspiration for this tradition came from Sydney Newborn & Family Photographer | Sophie Lea and it’s an idea I’ve loved & held onto ever since.

There are so many reasons why I love doing these shoots…

✨ One-on-one time. Just me & each of my girls, spending time together doing something creative. They love being part of the process, having my undivided attention and seeing their ideas come to life.

✨ Freezing a moment in time. Perhaps my favourite reason of all. I get to document who they are, what they love and all the little things that make them them at that age. You don’t always realise how much they’ve changed until you put two images from different years side by side. It’s crazy how much can change in just 12 months!

✨ Creating memories that last. These images become little time capsules for us to look back on for years to come. They’re also a way to share a little piece of our lives on here, hopefully inspire other families to do the same, and let our family overseas feel a little more connected to these moments, too.

And for Bella’s big TEN, the theme could only be one thing… SINGING! 🎤🎶
This girl sings EVERYWHERE, even in her sleep! 😂 So, a music-inspired shoot was the perfect fit for her disco-themed birthday party. 🪩

I hope one day she looks back at these photos & remembers not just what she looked like, but exactly who she was at 10.
We often focus on booking that newborn session (& rightly so 🤍), but the years that follow deserve documenting, too. The changing personalities, little obsessions, big dreams and all those in-between stages pass in the blink of an eye.

Every stage deserves to be remembered. 🥹🤍

Oh baby Maxi 🤍

Cuteness overload incoming…….

Maxi was the dreamiest little guy from start to finish. Snuggled in Mum’s arms, stretching out like a little dude, and flashing us the sweetest milk-drunk grins.
These are the moments that pass in a blink, the tiny fingers, the curled-up hands, the squishy cheeks, and I feel so lucky to have frozen them in time for this beautiful family. 🩵

Happy Due Day 🤍

She was my first friend in Sydney. She’ll admit she kissed a few frogs before she found her prince, but I’ve had a front row seat watching her find her happiness.

She’s also one of the godmothers to my daughters, always that reliable friend, the one who says nothing is too hard, and if you need her, she’s there.

So capturing her just moments before she creates a little person of her own was an absolute privilege and an honour.

Oh, and did I mention she’s an absolute powerhouse on the pole? So naturally we had to bring a bit of that fierce, sexy & fun energy into the shoot too 💃🤍

I can’t wait to meet this little human you have both made.

So yeah you can come out now, we’re all ready for you!

Those first 4 weeks…..

What nobody tells you is how quickly the newborn haze disappears. The tiny fingers wrapped around yours. The way they fit perfectly into the crook of your arm. That sleepy little frown while they dream. One day you blink and your baby is starting school, and you’re wondering where on earth the time went.

Next month - I will have a 10 year old.

I am sure time speeds up when you become a parent!!

If I’m honest, some days I can barely remember her this small, except for the photos. They take me back to those moments, I never want to forget.

This is why I do what I do. Not just pretty pictures, but real, tender proof of this season. So that on the hard days (and there will be hard days) you can look back and remember how loved, how connected, how utterly besotted you were from the very start.

Dreamy winter maternity feels 🤍

The perfect winter maternity session ✨
There’s something about this brioche knit that just does something to a session. The way it moves, the way the light catches every stitch, the way it wraps around a bump like it was made for this exact moment, because honestly, it kind of was.

This cardigan is one of my favourite pieces in the studio wardrobe right now. Buttery soft, oversized, and so gentle against bare skin that mums barely notice they’re wearing it, they just feel held. It’s hand-knit by skilled artisans in Peru using traditional techniques, so every session with it feels like it’s wrapped in a little extra care too.

Winter is honestly my favourite time for maternity sessions. Soft natural light, cosy textures, and images that feel timeless rather than trend-driven. If you’re due over the next few months, this is your sign to book that session you’ve been thinking about 🤍

So much fun photographing the incredibly talented Mitch Wynter 🎪✨ Trickster from Cirque du Soleil, ahead of KOOZA landing in Sydney this year!

I also got to capture some of the gorgeous cast along the way, in the most stunning handcrafted costumes 🤍 Such a treat to spend an afternoon with such genuinely lovely, talented people, against our stunning harbour backdrop.

These photos are gracing the cover of the June edition of Peninsula Living, Pittwater and Northshore Living magazines.

Can’t wait to see KOOZA when it arrives - if this crew’s energy is anything to go by, it’s going to be unforgettable.
