My entire adult life I have always thought back to those childhood days of saying "when I grow up I want to be a......". I have always wondered what I could do that would be a fulfilling career. Something that would make me jump out of bed, rather than drag myself out. Always the girl with a camera at any occasion I realized; photography is my hobby, my passion so why not make it my life? I had do
ne photography in high school, but decided to expand my knowledge & complete a expansive course with The Photography Institute covering just about every aspect of photography. After the birth of my daughter I realized that portraits were my preferred area. I have treasured every photo I've taken of her (and there have been MANY). Kids grow up so fast & I just want to share that joy of being able to freeze time & hold on to the memories with the magic of photography. I also currently donate my services to an animal rescue group and the Walk for Prems event, but am always willing to consider taking on more so please feel free to enquire. The name 'Peachy Prints Photography' came from my older brother who lost his battle with cancer, his nickname was Peach & as he was always my biggest supporter I just had to include him in my newest venture in life somehow. I read something once that really resonated with me in regards to photography: "Birth Certificates show that we were born, Death Certificates show that we died. Photographs show that we really lived". I thought this was a perfect example of why photographs are so important & it is a privilege to be able to give that gift to so many.
