There is something so incredibly special about these early days.
The tiny fingers that instinctively curl around yours, the soft wisps of hair, the delicate lashes resting against sleepy cheeks, the little stretches, the newborn yawns, and the way they fit so perfectly in your arms.

These are the details that change far too quickly. In the blur of sleepless nights and soaking in this brand-new love, it’s easy to forget just how tiny they once were.

That’s why newborn photography means so much to me. It’s about preserving these fleeting moments exactly as they are right now. Capturing the little details you never want to forget, so years from now you can look back and remember just how small, perfect, and deeply loved they were in these first precious days.

Because they won’t stay this little for long, but these memories can last forever.

I’ve photographed the soft anticipation of growing bumps, the tears that fall after years of waiting, the rainbow babies held just a little tighter, and the mamas who carry stories they don’t always speak out loud.
