NETWORKING BEYOND BUSINESS ☕️🤝🏽

What was meant to be a coffee catch-up turned into
3 hours of effortless conversation with Navah Kingi Horomona

From leaving the security of labouring and trades to now being two years self-employed, Navah has backed himself to build a life around what genuinely aligns with him through music, art, kickboxing, teaching, business, massage and more.

We spoke about spirituality, awakening, breakthroughs, alignment and synchronicity. His Mormon upbringing also forms part of that journey, with his perspective continuing to evolve as he grows into his own path.

A lot of it came back to one thing. Having the courage to step outside the perceived norm, live with intention and help the people around us believe they can build a purposeful life too.

Toward the end I also got to meet Navah’s partner, which opened another brief but meaningful conversation in itself.

Different journeys. Shared perspective.

After two back-to-back days filming with Emma at La Beauty Room beauty room , I walked out with more than content.. I walked out with a personal booking list.

Facial? Yep. ✅️
Back facial? Add it. ✅️
Dermaplaning? Absolutely.✅️
Brow tint? Why not. ✅️
Lash lift? Go on then. ✅️
And while we’re here… may as well throw in a tan too.

Emma has created such a welcoming little space with so many services available right here in our community.

You know we had to capture some BTS during our recent collaboration with La Beauty Room beauty room giving a glimpse into how all the pieces come together behind the scenes.

I genuinely love this side of the process.

It builds trust.
It builds confidence.
It creates connection.

But most importantly, it lays the foundation for relationships that can grow into something far more meaningful and sustainable.

What an action-packed day at Hedland BMX! 💨

Big hearts, big smiles and plenty of riders pedalling hard and fast! From the youngest racers to the adults giving it everything, the energy around the track was unreal. 🙌

A massive shoutout to the volunteers, sponsors, stall holders and organisers who helped make the day happen. And a special thanks to Charis from Charismatic Photography for capturing all the behind-the-scenes moments, from the crowd and riders getting ready to the amazing volunteers and stall holders. 📸❤️

For the second year running, Kollektive Media has had the privilege of donating our time to photograph the Port Hedland Tuggers Cup.

Now in its 7th year, the event founded by Kris blakemore has become a great annual tradition, bringing together the crews of KOTUG International and Rivtow for some healthy rivalry, plenty of laughs and a much bigger purpose.

Across its first six years, the Tuggers Cup raised around $86,000 for causes including the McGrath Foundation and Movember, with this year’s event once again getting behind Movember and men’s health.

Beyond the rope, it’s a day full of smiles, families and community spirit, backed by the tug crews, organisers, volunteers, sponsors and the wider Port Hedland community.

Kollektive Media is proud to capture it, and even prouder to support it.
