With the lungs gorging on air, in the legs stepping—this is what it looks like to be endless and survive. It means persisting long before the clock beeps, calling the end of the minutes.

And that, is victory—to persevere.

In martial arts, the soul blooms—strength forged differently on the mats.

I am just sharing an article that I had the pleasure of writing.

It really is about believing in yourself, to unchain yourself from the thousand possibilities that lead you down a path that leaves you wondering—and regretful.

So—be bold and brave enough to learn, and grow. To try. You are one choice, one disciplined routine away from a life you would never think to be possible—that your younger self will found wonder in.

This is something I do enjoy seeing—the quiet smiles after the bell rings, signalling the end of a round.

You did learn to be stronger in those seconds, no matter how many hit you dealt or received—lesson wrought in aching muscles and sweat.
