I flew to Sydney for this moment, to hold space and document final pregnancy, just her and the sunrise.

I came early so I could watch the ocean and we made a call to do solos around the headland first and I’m so glad we made this decision. Firstly this was the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen and that’s saying something for me! The colours were INSANE! It was also a really special moment for Kahlia to feel on her own, as a busy mum of 2 little ones already I really wanted to make sure she took it all in and she did 🥹

After we documented these we walked back around the headland and created some special moments with her family.

I love everything about this session. Thank you for having me angel 🤎

If you can’t tell already I’m actually a dancer as well and light on my feet like a fairy 🧚 was trying to choose a playlist before I started and had to make sure it felt “floaty” 🤣

Thanks to my dancing partner and you know what’s so funny about this is that we did not plan this and just matched my energy 🤣

If you’re wondering how I pulled up after today…..

Actually joking 😂😂 I’m sitting here with a heart full of gratitude to all the beautiful mums who made space today for them. A moment to connect. A moment to pause 🤎

I often hear the quote and you’ll know the one.. “remember it’s their childhood” and it’s always referring to making things extra special for our babies which we always do right but what about this phrase that I resonate with.. “don’t forget it’s your motherhood”

Just like it’s our babies first time experiencing as mums it’s our first time being mums too and with every state my girls grow I think wow look at us leaning and growing together experiencing all this 🥹🤎

Because let’s be real booking these shoots are for us in this moment but in the future it’s for our babies to look back too. I no how hard it can be trying to get the kids ready and you rock up to shoots sometimes and your like MYYYYY GAWDDDDD it would have been easier to stay at home this feels hard. Or your kids are pulling the werid face… you know the one or they just don’t want a bar of it.

These moments in pause are selfishly for us as mums because getting tangled up in motherhood can be a lot 🤎

To all the beautiful mums who made space to be with me today I honour you.

Also wtf this was meant to be a funny real and I funny brain dumped this cute s**t out soz adhd rant 🤎🤎🤎

I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful it was being apart of this special surprise for 💍

let me know Tim was going to fly down and propose to Cailee at the end of the Tasmania retreat and I knew instantly I needed to secure film and bring the super to document this moment 🎞️

This man flew in was there for 5mins pulled of the most gorgeous proposal and headed to the airport it was the most romantic thing ever 🥹

I checked into my flight with and she’s like let’s go do photos of them at the airport and in true photographer style Cailee was like absolutely not but Annie didn’t take no for and answer so we got to capture these gorgeous ones in the terminal for 2mins 🤣

The super 8 arrived in my emails today so I wanted a dedicated post for these lovers 🎞️🤎
