Check out this epic flash photo! One of my favourite techniques is to use off camera flash to enhance the sunlight

The secret:
Soft light needs soft light - if there's clouds a diffuser enhances that softness
Hard light needs hard light - no clouds = no diffuser

Pro tip:
CTO gels can be used to adjust the warmth of the flash. In this situation I used a 1/2 CTO to warm up the flash further enhancing the sun

Positioning the couple so that the sun is behind them created a beautiful glow. It's important not to be shy and to get close and personal with them to capture the most stunning photos possible ✨
