One of the feel good stories of last season.
Reyne Leeson Motorsport, from chasing nonstop reliability issues and struggling to string a whole night together, to class wins and outright podiums.
Already one of the most popular Sprintcar competitors outside of 410/Opens, the iconic colour scheme made the #23 LS1 Sprintcar impossible to miss in the 25/26 season.
The RLMS crew finally hit their stride in the season just gone, shaking off most of the reliability gremlins and finally getting a chance to properly dial in the car and finish races.

Speed and conistency came in spades, with Reyne quickly becoming a regular frontrunner. Quicktimes, Heat wins, front row starts. The acheivments kept coming.
And of course, the big one

Third place, Fast Friday #3
Not a dry eye in the stands, in the pits or in the racecar.

That podium would become the first of many, with class wins (LS1s often get mixed with Limited Sprintcars at the Perth Motorplex) and overall podium finishes continuing throughout the season. An injury sustained during a crash did count Reyne out for part of the season but despite this, the #23 still finished the season 7th in points.

A breakthrough season for the team, full of breakout performances.
A worst feature finish of 4th place says it all.

Could the 26/27 season see Reyne and the rest of the team go one step further and stand on the top of rostrum?
Or maybe even fighting for championship honours?
